1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • During busy periods (e.g. Ramadan, Eid, or seasonal sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@azaarya.com.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs authorities.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • AZAARYA is not liable for customs delays.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
AZAARYA is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@azaarya.com — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to courier or customs issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact contact@azaarya.com so we can investigate with our courier partners.


7. Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered or made-to-order items, estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
